Luke Martin is a seasoned Field Technician working from Fairbanks Alaska for a startup MSP by the name of Vicinity. Being the main Field Technician for the Fairbanks Area, he spends his work time often dealing with various hardware issues as well as system-admin work. While the title of "Field Technician" genrally doesn't include a lot of work besides basic troubleshooting, due to the size of Vicinity, Luke partakes in a lot of work that would often be considered "System Administration" as well as "Security Adminstration".
